Our purpose built client portal enables business customers to easily track their entire sales ledger. 

Our bespoke client portal was built by our own in house software team to enable businesses to track B2B accounts receivable, payable and implement credit control measures to improve cash flow.

 

Our client portal offers a unique customer experience by displaying both outstanding invoices and previously paid invoices using interactive dynamic sales invoice ledgers enabling business customers to query each invoice separately to immediately identify how much is owed per invoice in terms of compensation, accruing interest and admin fees. Our multiple invoice uploading feature enables invoices to be uploaded in PDF format several at a time and are immediately integrated into the sales ledger.

 

 All data is presented via a sleek customer facing dashboard where clients can easily view their referral customers overall balance i.e. what has been debited to their account thus far, amounts due for payment and what is still outstanding. Plus also view email/letters of engagement, call logs, digital reminders, responses and payment notifications. Additional statistics and graphs to display in depth invoice payment performance metrics segregated by each business customer are also useful tools for users to engage with.

Our business clients have the ability to add new delegate accounts and set administrative permissions so other colleagues and account managers can manager their own subset of customer data and information relevant to their specific role within the business. We also provide a technical account manager who laisses directly with each client and has the ability to add new features you require to ensure that our dashboard is always customer facing with a sleek user-friendly interface.

Business clients have the option to make partial payments or implement payments plans which will automatically deduct from the original balance due and display it via the invoice ledger. The system will then automatically calculate late fees on the difference which has gone beyond original payment terms so that you are not penalised for your business customers stalling for payment.

Each invoice has a dynamic timer which counts down their number of days beyond terms and is connected to automated emailer sender which sends upcoming payment due and outstanding reminders on an automated basis so there is a transparent audit trail in case of future escalation procedures to recuperate funds.

Discounting features are also available which are time sensitive to encourage clients to make quicker payments in order to receive a percentage discount off their initial balance.
